Landscape in Transformation

Narvaez has explored Mexico City in search of places that have something to teach, places that convey the existential notion of moment/place. For the artist, this idea is the starting point from which he embarks on a spiritual journey to understand his contingent being, the wandering spirit that uses painting to reveal scenes that to the rest of us—the citizens of this metropolis—are nothing more than an invisible geography.
